The goal of this blog is to provide informative and timely information to professionals in the construction industry.  The site caters to construction and surety professionals in Indiana with a few detours throughout the Mid-west and other parts of the United States when there is noteworthy news or developments.    Topics will focus on construction, surety, particularly payment and performance bonds,  and green building law, and other related fields.
